About
What would it be like to have a healthy, confident relationship with food? If you or a loved one are struggling with an eating disorder, I want you to know that there is help, hope, and healing. My role is to come alongside you and guide you to a more balanced, peaceful relationship with food.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia, and ARFID. I also work with athletes, including runners and dancers, in eating disorder recovery, as well as help people with EDs adapt to a gluten-free diet for celiac disease.
Please reach out today to begin your journey of support to achieve food freedom! I currently offer both in-person and virtual sessions in Minnesota, and fully virtual for clients in North Dakota, South Dakota and additional states (listed on my website).
