Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from better blood sugar control to increased energy.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

It is not often we are encouraged to honor our bodies needs. We live in world that teaches us to "watch it" and "have it together", especially around weight and food. Unfortunately, this constant pressure to "be good" can play a role in constant dieting, restricting, binging, purging and an all or nothing attitude around exercise. Fortunately, we can make peace with food and our bodies again. Our approach of trauma informed nutrition counseling and coaching teaches non-diet eating and body wisdom skills to learn to trust and feel safe inside the body and manage chronic issues such as burned and stressed out, PCOS and gut health.

Jessica is passionate about providing a patient-centered approach to nutrition care and is dedicated to helping clients reshape their lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way so food is fun again. Her evidence-based and anti-diet recommendations support improving health with zero judgement towards food preferences or body size.Jessica is dedicated to providing the education and tools her patients need to thrive.

Riley’s approach to care is rooted in developing a strong rapport with the client and making client’s feel safe and heard. Per her nutrition philosophy, Riley believes in nutrition care that is a mutual conversation where a client can have a say in their care, as this will lead to more sustainable, long-term progress; additionally, Riley practices from a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective for all clients, regardless of diagnosis. Riley prioritizes individualized treatment, tailoring interventions to meet clients developmental, financial, physical and emotional needs.
