I am a Registered Dietitian & Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). I have had ten years of experience in a variety of sports & clinical settings. I specialize in working with collegiate & teen athletes in sports such as dance, gymnastics, performing arts, ice skating, cross country/track, soccer, swim, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis, softball, football & basketball. In addition to my sports background, I also specialize in working with athletes with eating disorders/disordered eating.
