Regardless of your situation, know that I approach all of my clients with kindness, empathy & respect. I believe in progress not perfection & that each one of my clients should be seen, heard & understood, regardless of their size, background or weight history.
My extensive clinical experience with weight loss surgery clients, provides an education component, while my training as a health & wellness coach, allows me to dig in deep. I meet clients where they are, not where I think they should be. We'll work together, to set small, realistic goals, realizing progress not perfection, is the key to long-term success.
I understand how challenging the bariatric journey can be. I'm aware it's the last step in a long ladder, for many. Should you choose to work with me know that you'll be entering a safe & encouraging space. I ask a lot of "why" questions, but I'll never overwhelm, judge or demand.
