I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

My ideal client struggles with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and body image concerns, and is ready to make peace with food and find a peaceful, productive relationship with their body. My clients want to feel empowered to intuitively care for and love their bodies- without dieting or restriction. Cynthia Libby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping folks heal their relationship with food, body image, and exercise. Cynthia has experience treating both adults and adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, eating disorders and other mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Cynthia takes a special interest in exploring the client’s current relationship with movement, offering guidance on how they may begin to challenge obligatory exercise and shift towards the incorporation of joyful movement.
