My name is Rachel Wilson and I'm a registered dietitian. I started out in the hospital setting and have a strong clinical background. Now having moved on to the outpatient setting I work with patients developing personalized meal plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences. I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition, considering not only the physical aspects but also the emotional and social factors that influence one's relationship with food. I am avid advocate for evidence-based nutrition and stays up-to-date with the latest research in the field as much as possible.

As a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition and over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I have implemented specialty nutrition-focused programs for weight management, bariatric surgery, women's health, cancer, congestive heart failure, lipid management, diabetes and gastrointestinal disorders. My approach for behavior modification starts with each client setting their own goals and providing motivation to achieve these goals. Food/nutrition plays such a big role in our lives. My name is Julien, and I am a Registered Dietitian with a masters in nutrition education. I have extensive experience working in a clinical setting with all age groups, ethnicities, genders, and medical conditions. As a dietitian for over 19 years, I have helped a wide range of clients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have specialized in bariatrics (weight loss surgery- sleeve, bypass, lap band) for the last 5 years providing medical clearances and long term follow up to ensure lasting success. I believe in the medicinal value of food and focus my efforts on the inclusion verse the exclusion of foods. Although changing ones eating habits can be challenging, dietary changes should not cause stress or feelings of deprivation. My goal is to help my clients adjust their food choices to achieve their health goals safely.

LORI R. LEE, MA, RD, CPT, CLT, Founder/Executive Director of The Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey, and Owner of LRD Nutrition Services for over 25 years, provides nutrition therapy services for all ages, utilizing advanced integrative and functional medicine protocols with a whole food nutrition focus.
