I work with a wide range of conditions primarily using whole foods, lifestyle counseling, diet modification, nutritional supplementation, and botanicals. For over 30 years Barbara has been teaching clients effective and realistic ways to improve client's health, and successfully manage their weight.
My holistic philosophy strives to treat the underlying cause of disease by removing obstacles to optimal health.
