About
I have a passion for helping people understand how to manage their nutrition and health concerns in a non judgmental approach. We work together to balance diet and lifestyle to create a plan that fits into every day life and guide them in their journey for feeling better and living a longer healthier life.
With over 25 years of expertise in helping patients lose weight, prevent and manage diabetes ,kidney disease, relieve digestive issues : IBS , with simplified individualized meal patterns to follow. Patients report they feel better & have more energy. I work closely w/families to prevent and treat childhood and adolescent obesity & for underweight.
Having been diagnosed with Diabetes in my early 40’s I share the same fears, concerns and challenges of managing diet, lifestyle, and emotions that come with a chronic condition. The journey for health is not always perfect, and can help you on this journey to Feel Well & Be Well.
