Her passion lies in helping people to prevent or better manage chronic disease, weight loss or general wellness and her experience includes providing nutrition therapy that meets the specific needs of each individual.
Kristen believes that there is a healing path for each individual and her compassionate approach assists clients to navigate it. She is committed to openness and inclusivity in her practice to foster a community of support needed for individuals and their families struggling with healthy lifestyle and behavior change.
