I strive to help every individual reach their goals by empowering and guiding them to make conscious and healthful decisions. Specializing in the treatment of eating disorders since 2011, I work with clients to develop new dietary habits and a positive relationship with food. Whether a person has been struggling for years or weeks with a dietary conflict, we can start the process of resolving it now.
In addition to my long-standing work with eating disorders, I have expanded my practice to include clients using GLP-1's and those preparing for or recovering from bariatric surgery. I help individuals navigate nutrition, body image, and lifestyle adjustments with compassion and evidence-based guidance to support both physical and emotional well-being.
Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, disordered eating, weight loss, and body image are growing problems in our society today. After my own battle with an eating disorder, my understanding and passion to help others was inevitable. I believe every person’s situation is unique, yet every person has the opportunity to work toward health.
