About
Do you struggle with disordered eating, chronic dieting, or an eating disorder? Do you struggle with your body image or feelings of guilt and shame around eating? Healing your relationship with food requires support and empathy. I understand it can be hard to find a dietitian that meshes with your personality. I use a non-diet approach to nutrition that includes intuitive eating, health at every size, and flexible thinking to help heal your relationship with food. I work 1:1 with clients on a HIPPA-approved video conferencing platform, so clients are able to work with me in the comfort of their own homes.
I truly believe in a thriving relationship with food. I will use evidence based nutrition therapy and values based interventions to foster your relationship with food and your body. I aim to promote flexible and individual care as we explore hunger and fullness, pleasure in eating, and your nutritional needs.
I know that recovery can feel messy and all over the place. Together we can sort out negative self talk and harmful thought patterns that interfere with your relationship with food. I will help you embrace food freedom and comfort in your body again. Let's work together. You can book through the website link in the left corner of this screen.
