I am a big believer in the saying, "you are what you eat", and unfortunately the standard American diet is making us sick and fat. My expertise and passion lies with helping people learn how to make changes that fit into their lifestyle permanently. For over 25 years I've worked with all kinds of people and learned what works. I understand that people are busy so I help them with easy recipes and meal ideas that don't take a lot of time. People need accountability so I follow my clients closely on a daily basis.
Working with women who are menopausal has become one of my specialties. During menopause we need to make some changes in diet and exercise to keep weight off and stay healthy. I am also an ACE certified personal trainer so many of my clients benefit from both diet and exercise.
