No one food or drink is going to give you all the nutrients your body needs and no foods are off limits. I personalize nutrition to fit your lifestyle and want you to develop a healthy relationship with food, in addition to achieving meaningful weight loss. As a Registered Dietitian who has had her own struggles with weight and food, I'm here for you!
The definition of healthy is different for everyone. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I use evidence-based practices to meet your individual needs. This includes offering you both in-person and virtual sessions for weight management. In addition, new clients will receive a complete body composition analysis with their first session.
Having struggled myself with weight issues, I decided to became a dietitian after completing my own weight loss journey. I practice with great compassion, understanding, and no-judgement. I like to tell my patients that there is nothing they have eaten that I haven't eaten twice myself. Healthy eating means moderation; not restriction.
