I offer personal attention and compassionate care for the whole family, and I believe in the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to treat all with dignity and respect no matter your body shape or size. I specialize in nutrition therapy & counseling for: intuitive eating, eating disorders/disordered eating, child nutrition concerns, picky eating, child growth or weight concerns, ASD, and ADHD.

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food and make peace with their bodies. Since graduating, I have gained extensive experience in providing nutrition counseling to individuals with a wide range of health concerns. Most recently, I worked in a residential treatment facility where she helped adolescents with eating disorders work towards food freedom through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.

My approach is that all foods fit, and that enjoyment of life and good health are not mutually exclusive. My mission is to help you set the record straight on nutrition and learn how to build a healthy, non-restrictive eating plan that is individualized to your needs and preferences. While good food is the most important thing to me, I take a holistic wellness approach to make sure the good nutrition habits we establish together are serving you well in all other aspects of life including exercise, sleep, and mood.
