I am rooted in a Health at Every Size and social justice framework. I offer a harm reduction approach to all clients and believe that "recovery" is something that is unique to and should be defined by each person.
I believe in the principles of intuitive eating and use the internal family systems model when working with clients. IFS speaks to me on many levels. Honoring and trusting that all parts of us hold wisdom for our healing journey is the foundation of my approach in working with others.
