Building confidence and consistency with food and movement.
I’m a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who helps people build more consistent eating patterns, overcome disordered eating, maintain muscle, and feel steadier with food. My approach is relaxed and supportive, with an emphasis on balance. The goal is to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more at ease around eating.
I provide nutrition support. My focus is on helping clients eat adequately and maintain muscle and energy. I help people overcome disordered eating patterns like compulsive or binge eating or under-eating. I also work with those using GLP-1 medications who want to preserve metabolism and work on long-term nutrition habits.
If you’re struggling to eat consistently, manage cravings, or balance appetite changes on or off medication, we can work together to build routines that support energy and strength, and everyday life.
