I specialize in adolescent and young adult clients with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors (picky/selective). I use a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach rooted in nutrition education and scientific evidence. I always put the client first and prioritize personal empowerment and encouragement. I work to know each client individually and provide nutritional recommendations based on that individuality. None of us live identical lives, adapting nutritional goals and outcomes to each individual is key to sustainable change and success. I love my work and love supporting people to reconnect to their body and to food.
I offer weekly or biweekly virtual nutrition counseling. My sessions are conducted in talk-therapy format. I review client labs, discuss meal and meal pattern habits and provide meal support. I discuss body image and help clients work through body dysmorphia. I provide nutrition education specifics as needed .
Asking for nutritional support or help can often feel daunting. I do my best to make all my clients feel as comfortable as possible and move at their own pace. It is my joy to help people improve their relationship with food and with themselves. Please reach out if you need help!
