Following a thorough assessment of a client's overall health status, social and medical histories, lifestyle, and daily calorie/nutrient requirements, we create a customized eating plan that allows that client to meet his or her nutrition, health and weight loss goals. We then plan follow-up sessions as desired.
We offer counseling by ADA Registered Dietitians (RDs)--the industry gold standard, and provide sound, science-based advice. We do NOT sell supplements or products of any kind. Also we offer in-person or virtual (Skype) sessions for those who can't make it to our Santa Monica office.
