I believe that nutrition counseling is an individualized process. Each and every client that I work with is unique and has different needs, lifestyles, and goals. As a result, I take a great deal of time and care to ensure they each receive the support, guidance, and expertise they deserve. My aim is not only to help think about what to eat but help empower those to find peace, health and mindfulness as they work toward their goals. I do not believe in diets or restricting foods or food groups. Instead, I believe in focusing on WHY we eat related to our forever changing bodies so we can understand the food choices we make.
I provide nutrition counseling via telemedicine and/or at-home visits to adults, adolescents, and children within my expertise of weight management, eating disorders, menopause nutrition, and sports nutrition. In addition, I counsel on GI disorders, bariatric nutrition, and general wellness.
