I work with individuals seeking guidance with eating disorder recovery, chronic dieting, and anyone looking to heal their relationship with food. It can be hard to decipher all of the nutrition information we see and there is a lot of morality associated with food choices in diet culture which can add to the confusion. My goal is to help you feel confident in listening to your body and making food choices that feel the most nourishing to you.
While building a relationship with you and your other healthcare providers my intention is to make you feel supported through finding what sustainable behaviors work for you. I practice from a Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating framework to help you feel more connected to your body and provide individualized nutrition recommendations.
I use a compassionate and patient-centered care approach so you can feel validated, heard, and encouraged during your recovery journey. Ive worked with clients from many different backgrounds and co-occuring disorders and would love the opportunity to work with you!
