I’m Allison, an integrative and functional dietitian specializing in neurological health and the gut-brain connection. My areas of expertise include eating disorders, autism, addiction/recovery, autoimmunity, allergies, and ARFID. I’m a very results-oriented dietitian. If you come to me with a problem, I'll help you solve it. If you’re following a clinician’s advice and you’re not feeling better, then it’s not working. If you develop a therapeutic relationship with me and you don’t feel noticeably better, then either I’m not doing my job or you’re not doing your part. You will get out of it what you put into it.
Being a dietitian is more than just a job to me, it’s a life purpose. Helping you become a happier, healthier version of yourself is something I take very seriously. You are not just a number in a system. You are a 1-in-8-billion unique snowflake with your own special set of challenges, complexities, and gifts. You deserve the best nutritional services.
My goal is to teach you how to nurture your body-mind’s natural healing abilities and ultimately to transform your life. If you’re ready to evolve into a healthier version of yourself and be liberated from the shackles of self-shaming, come on down! The authentic, unencumbered you awaits...
