Hi! I’m Allison Porter, a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, functional nutrition, and the gut-brain connection. I specialize in all the A’s: anorexia, ARFID, autism, ADHD, autoimmunity, allergies, and anxiety (as well as other concerns that don’t start with A). I’m a very results-oriented dietitian. If you come to me with a problem, I will help you solve it. If you are following a protocol and not feeling significantly better, it’s not the right protocol for you. If you commit yourself to your working with me and you don’t feel noticeably better in a short amount of time, then I’m not doing my job.
Being a dietitian is more than just a job; it’s a sense of purpose that gives meaning to my life. Helping you become the happiest, healthiest version of yourself possible is my goal.
