After the initial counseling call, we will have weekly check ins (via text) to help keep you on track, and monthly check in calls. Available for messaging throughout the week as often as you need me.
I specialize in sustainable weight loss that prioritizes whole foods. I highly encourage eating the foods that you enjoy, and keep your body feeling best. Individuals who are willing to track calories (can recommend the best/quickest free app for this) are much more likely to lose consistently and more rapidly.
