I am a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive dietitian specialized in all kinds of disordered eating - anorexia, binge-eating, bulimia, OSFED (previously EDNOS), compulsive eating, and chronic dieting. It's never just about the food - our eating is often complicated by life stressors, mental health, medical conditions and more. I have a heart for working with clients who have struggled to feel heard by their medical professionals in the past and need someone willing to actually listen to their needs and symptoms (instead of writing them off based on assumptions about their weight or diagnoses).
I work with all of my clients through a weight-neutral approach, instead shifting the focus to changes in your habits, behaviors, food choices, symptoms, and supports. By taking the focus off the number on the scale, we can spend our time actually helping you to function your best!
