Hi! I'm Alix, a registered dietitian specializing in intuitive eating and functional nutrition. Are you tired of feeling confused about all the conflicting nutrition information out there? Worried about what you should/shouldn't eat? Have you been plagued by digestive issues your whole life and feel like you've tried everything? I've been there. I help clients break free from diet culture and find a more peaceful relationship with food, while helping to uncover the root cause of any difficult symptoms.
I support eating disorder recovery, disordered eating, and healing from complex gastrointestinal symptoms. My practice is weight-inclusive, non-diet, and holistic in nature. Beyond helping you reconnect to your body, I offer advanced lab testing ot help us dig deeper into what may be causing your symptoms.
