Hey there, I am Alexa Pizzarello, RD, CDN (she/her) a clinical dietitian and the owner of Veg RD Nutrition, LLC. I thrive on helping adults get a grip on their health by enhancing their nutrition, embrace intuitive eating principles and learn to trust themselves around food.
I simply want to help you feel better. I love helping other plant-based eaters (or those curious/transitioning) find balance and strengthen their nutrition. I also help utilize nutrition for preventing and managing common heart health issues using a plant-forward approach.
I think it’s more important to take a slow and steady approach to your nutrition goals versus throwing you a meal plan and expecting you to actually understand how food works. I want you to find peace with your body and help you realize that the less you obsess over food, the more control you actually have in your life.
