My goal is to guide each client on their journey, teaching clients how to nourish themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Hi, I’m Alex. I’m a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and eating disorder specialist. I have worked in Residential, PHP, IOP, and am so happy to be able to help clients continue their journey now at the outpatient level. I also trained at a culinary school in New York, and love to help my clients find enjoyment in the kitchen again.

I understand food is more than just "what you eat."
