About
Welcome! My name is Taylor Krippner, and I am the Registered Dietitian at All Around Nutrition. I was born and raised in Houston, TX and was previously a Division One NCAA gymnast competing in the SEC for Auburn University. As a very competitive person, I wanted to try anything I could to improve my performance and become the best athlete I could possibly be. After deciding to change my diet for the better, eating the right things at the right times while still enjoying myself, I soon realized the incredible role food and nutrition can play in producing optimal results in both performance and overall health! And so my passion began.
Now after 19 years in the sport of gymnastics I received my Masters degree and became a Registered Dietitian as I am so passionate in providing other athletes and individuals professional nutrition guidance so that he/she can perform at their highest potential, improve overall health, and achieve their dreams.
If your goal is to become the best athlete you can be, the healthiest individual you can be, or to improve the health of your whole family, than I would LOVE to work with you to help you conquer your biggest goals while motivating you along the way!! Let's do this!
