Struggling with a poor relationship with food? Has every diet you have been on failed? We are here to stand along side you to help you make peace with food. Achieving a balance of nutrition, exercise, stress management & self-care can be a challenge. Our team of experienced dietitians have blended their skills in wellness coaching and nutrition therapy in order to help others find this balance and achieve wellness. We only use evidence based practices and standards or care with all clients. Please give us a call or visit our website to see which dietitian would be the best fit for you.
We specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and use a "non-diet" or weight-neutral approach to weight concerns. We do not promote restrictive eating practice with our focus on helping you have a healthy relationship with food, exercise and your body. Stop "die"ting and "live"!
Our dietitians use a multidisciplinary team approach (therapist, psychiatrist and medical doctor) in the treatment of eating disorders. Jill is a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist dietitian (CEDRD) and is an iaedp (www.iaedp.com) approved supervisor. All clinicians at WC&NT are working towards their certification in eating disorders.
