I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with over 10 years of experience in the field, specializing in helping clients heal their relationship with food and exercise. I utilize a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to help clients make peace with their food and body and build trust in their internal cues.
