Leddy is a Spanish-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with extensive experience in both pediatric and geriatric nutrition counseling for feeding disorders, diabetes, heart health, and weight management. Leddy provides medical nutrition therapy for weight management, cardiovascular health, prediabetes, diabetes, allergies, and gastrointestinal and food intolerances.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. My name is Michel Harris and I have been a Registered Dietitian since 2000 and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist since 2010. I completed my undergraduate and graduate studies at Benedictine University before by internship at Hines VA Hospital. Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Maeda is a Hindi and Urdu-speaking dietitian-nutritionist with experiences in nutrition support, nutrition education, and weight management. Maeda has worked as an ICU Clinical Dietitian at Elmhurst Hospital for 3 years. She has extensive experience in parenteral and enteral nutrition support.

I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy. We all deserve to feel our best and sometimes we need to peel away layers to get there. Every body is different, I work with you on your individual needs and goals to get you to optimal health.

As a result of COVID, I transitioned to virtual patient care and education services targeting women with diabetes in pregnancy, and regularly teaches virtual childbirth education classes.

I know what it’s like to suffer from terrible fatigue, weight imbalances, digestive symptoms (constipation and diarrhea), skin issues, and hormone imbalances. It has taken me years of rigorous study to understand what I teach my clients simply and practically. I’ve been practicing nutrition for 5 years and have helped thousands of clients with Diabetes Type 2, menopause, fatigue, and other painful symptoms by focusing on just 1 thing, healing the gut. I understand how the systems of the body integrate and work together. I know how to address healing your symptoms from the root of their cause through nutrition and lifestyle change.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am very passionate about helping others and I strongly believe that non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. are preventable by making certain lifestyle changes and I aim to provide sustainable ways to make those changes rather than a "diet" approach.

Kelly Krikhely MS RD CDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist who works one on one with clients to create individualized and realistic eating plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. Background: After obtaining a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, Kelly worked for many years at Mount Sinai Hospital. She now works at New York Presbyterian Columbia Irving Medical Center, and teaches clinical nutrition as an adjunct professor at New York University. Kelly also has a private practice on the side and offers sessions in the evening hours on weekdays, and in the morning and afternoon on Sundays.
