About
Julia DiPietrantonio MS, RD, CDN is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women's health, medical nutrition therapy, and individualized nutrition counseling. She works with individuals of all ages, background, and health conditions. Julia's clients are those looking to improve their relationship with food/body image, achieve weight loss/weight maintenance, improve overall mood, and sustain healthy lifestyle habits. She is also the lead dietitian at Bespoke Wellness Partners where she works with teens and young adults with Eating Disorders, disordered eating and poor body image.
Julia’s love for food and nutrition began at a young age as some of her favorite childhood memories were spent in the kitchen, cooking family dinners. A few years later, she took this passion further and received her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition at New York University, where she also completed her dietetic internship.
Nutrition is so much more than what a person eats. Its other factors like sleep, movement, energy & stress levels, and hormones that impact our food choices and overall wellbeing. In each session, Julia discusses all of these pillars in order to make individualized recommendations that are tailored to the “whole person,” and her client’s unique lifestyle.
