Hey there, I am Alexa Pizzarello, RD, CDN (she/her) a clinical dietitian and the owner of Veg RD Nutrition, LLC. I thrive on helping adults get a grip on their health by enhancing their nutrition, embrace intuitive eating principles and learn to trust themselves around food.

Awarded Huntington Best Nutritionist 2019 and 2020, I have been helping clients achieve nutrition & fitness goals since 1993 as a personal trainer, then after graduating NYU with an M.S. in Clinical Nutrition, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, NY state Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Tanisha Bandoo is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Florida. She has worked with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults in residential, IOP/PHP, and outpatient levels. At these facilities, she led cooking and nutrition education groups, provided meal support, and developed comprehensive nutritional meal plans. She has experience with ARFID, bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, BED, and other nutritional medical conditions.

As an R.D., my philosophy is simple: to convey that all foods have a place and a purpose, to dispel all of the conflicting nutrition information, and to help families work to feed their children in a way they can feel good about. I work using evidence-based nutrition counseling methods to help parents and caregivers feed their kids in a safe and effective manor and help adults focus more on embracing food and becoming more attuned to the needs of your body.

Hello there! I’m Jackie and I see clients 1:1 in my virtual private practice. My populations of expertise include kids, teens, and adults with autism, ADHD, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and physical disabilities (such as Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis). I am passionate about tailoring nutrition recommendations to neurodiverse clients that focus on their strengths and abilities with a focus on weight-inclusive care. I’ve worked with people of all ages and ability levels and am continuously taking courses to improve my skills to best support my clients.

Vita has over a decade of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist helping children and adults manage a wide variety of health conditions including eating disorders, weight management, pre diabetes, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and heart health. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

I have been in private practice for over 25 years, treating children and adults. I take a personal interest in my patients and strive to help them achieve optimal health. Natalie is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian licensed in the state of Illinois. She attended Dominican University, where she completed her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as her MS in Nutrition. Spanning her career, Natalie has worked with a wide variety of individuals, from adolescents to adults with varying health conditions. It was after working with a private practice group in Chicago that Natalie discovered her passion for helping those suffering with eating disorders or years of disordered eating patterns repair their relationship with food.
