Stephanie’s practice centers around evidence-based nutrition support for complex physical and mental health conditions provided in a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. She combines >10 years of academic experience in nutrition–including a PhD from Cornell + research at Harvard and Tufts–with her personal passion for providing practical support to diverse patient populations. Specialties include mental health, eating disorders / disordered eating, GI and digestive diseases, food preferences and allergies including Celiac, weight neutral care, liver health, POTS, and RED-S, and other chronic health conditions.

Melanie Jewell is a licensed and registered dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy at RESTORE Center for Integrative Medicine. RESTORE offers comprehensive nutrition counseling as part of the integrative medicine program managed by Dr. Ayesha Aman MD, and also as a standalone service. Functional nutrition testing through Genova and Spectracell labs is available, including micronutrient testing (NutrEval), gastrointestinal/microbiome testing (GI Effects and SIBO), and advanced lipid testing (CardioMetabolic Panel).

I teach you to manage your food like a financial manager teaches you to manage your money. All food is fair game, just how much and how often is the question. Your meal plan is a balanced meal plan and it allows you to eat at any location, home, restaurant, at friends. You have to manage your food during your life. This is what I teach you on a one-on -one consultation. I teach you the program, and give you the tools to be successful, ie. menus, snack ideas, calculations, food journal.

Maria-Paula's interest in nutrition started during her high-school years when she visited a Registered Dietitian in her native country of Ecuador. At that time, she realized her passion - helping others achieve their goals through healthy eating. Maria-Paula decided to embark on a journey and enrolled at Texas Woman's University to pursue her goals. As a Dietitian, Maria-Paula has been working with families from the start. She has provided services at Head Start, WiC, the NICU at Parkland Hospital and Children's Health.

Hey, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Ashtynne, Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer serving residents of Texas and Oklahoma. After earning my Bachelor’s in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, I went on to complete my Master’s in Food and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. My experience as a dietitian and personal trainer has given me the unique opportunity to witness the extensive impact nutrition has on health and wellness. I believe in the power of basics and that your health journey should be life giving — not restricting!
