Hi! My name is Lauren and I am an RD that specializes in eating disorder recovery and disordered eating recovery. If you have been restricting your whole life and feel like you do not know where to start, I am your girl! I help adults and adolescents heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I was a Lead Dietitian at a successful ED recovery center and now I help clients virtually on their journey of disordered eating or eating disorder recovery.
