I am the owner of a health, nutrition, & wellness coaching company named Nutrition Collaborative, LLC. I am a male Dietitian that works with both adolescent and adult individuals who want to take full control of their health and wellness. Whether it's sports performance, weight management, digestive healing, or simply fueling a healthier lifestyle, we will ensure to optimize your nutrition and lifestyle to achieve nothing but success. We at Nutrition Collaborative educate patients, clients, and the public about nutritional principles and strategies for long-term success. Nutrition information can be confusing and often inaccurate. I enjoy working with my clients to simplify and normalize the relationship with food. I facilitate the process of growing to trust the self and the body, and block out the nonsense. I use the scientific knowledge of nutrition and biology blended with my experience as a therapist to address underlying issues that cause weight and eating struggles.

It is not often we are encouraged to honor our bodies needs. We live in world that teaches us to "watch it" and "have it together", especially around weight and food. Unfortunately, this constant pressure to "be good" can play a role in constant dieting, restricting, binging, purging and an all or nothing attitude around exercise. Fortunately, we can make peace with food and our bodies again. Our approach of trauma informed nutrition counseling and coaching teaches non-diet eating and body wisdom skills to learn to trust and feel safe inside the body and manage chronic issues such as burned and stressed out, PCOS and gut health.

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, my focus is chronic disease prevention and management.

I specialize in weight loss nutritional counseling, vegetarian/vegan, sports nutrition, and strength, balance, and flexibility training. It is important to like what you're eating, and it doesn't have to all be health food. We discuss what you can eat more than what you can't. People become overweight for reasons other than knowledge and eat for reasons other than nourishment. Nutrition counseling is an client-driven exploratory process that teaches a lot about you and why you do what you do. Most clients have tried other programs and want a tailored solution that is efficient.

Paulina Rodriguez moved to Texas when she was 11 from Puebla, Mexico. She attended The University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em!) and became an RD soon after that. After gaining a strong base of Clinical Nutrition working in a hospital, she realized how much she believed in the power of education and transitioned to nutrition counseling.She is passionate about helping people build sustainable and nourishing habits, so that they can live life at the fullest. She loves being outdoors, being active, reading, running, spending time with friends and family, and she is truly obsessed with cats.

I support adults and adolescents struggling with finding peace with food and overcoming patterns of under or overeating, to find a balanced diet that supports their physical and mental wellbeings.

I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID) and disordered eating (such as chronic dieting, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, etc). I know my clients are so much MORE than their eating disorder/disordered eating and I love helping them visualize and achieve their potential. My ideal client is ready to make changes to improve their life, have more freedom with food, and learn to embrace and love their body.

I am a non-diet dietitian that practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating lens. I believe in providing compassionate, inclusive, trauma informed, and individualized nutritional counseling to help clients meet their goals.

I am a registered dietitian and specialize in performance (sports) nutrition. I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.
