About
I'm Nesreen - an eating disorder dietitian with a passion for helping guide individuals to a healthy relationship with food and the body. Eating disorders are diseases of connection, and I support clients to rebuild connection to themselves- their senses, their body's cues and function, enjoyment of food, and honoring their worth and the need for life source- food. From rebuilding connection to ourselves, the connections to others and the environment begins to realign and heal, and energy flows.
I utilize an intuitive eating, HAES-aligned, trauma-informed approach. I have worked in every level of care in eating disorder treatment and have significant experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorder, body dysmorphia, all genders with ED, chronic dieters, emotional eaters, over-exercisers, and the wide range of disordered eating.
Eating is one of the most fundamental acts of self-care; when there are disruptions in the ability to care for ourselves, it ripples through life and impacts our ability to connect with others and ourselves. You do not deserve to suffer from the chaos and anxiety of a disordered relationship with food and body, and there are ways to find healing and freedom.
