Danielle understands that making fulfilling, long-lasting, and healthful decisions requires patience and a solid client-provider relationship. Danielle strongly believes that being healthy means not only taking care of our physical health, but also our mental health. Danielle understands that nutrition is not “one-size-fits-all”, and she will work to help you create a personalized plan of care to help you meet your goals.

We are highly experienced non-diet and weight-inclusive dietitians. We treat all conditions including eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, women's health issues, allergies, family nutrition, intuitive eating and more. We are currently accepting new 1:1 clients via in office and telehealth. We are in-network with IEHP, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, and Health Net. With our clients we focus on attainable health behaviors for sustainable health and wellness.

I possess a diverse background in clinical, community, & sports nutrition settings. I specialize in working with eating disorders, disordered eating, & performance nutrition. I am passionate about a holistic and somatically attuned approach to cultivating a peaceful relationship with food, the body, & movement. I provide counseling & education from a weight-inclusive, non-diet perspective. I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. As a woman of color, I find fulfillment in helping those with marginalized identities. I feel a great sense of purpose working alongside people to help them build a strong mind-body connection.

I'm Nesreen - an eating disorder dietitian with a passion for helping guide individuals to a healthy relationship with food and the body. Eating disorders are diseases of connection, and I support clients to rebuild connection to themselves- their senses, their body's cues and function, enjoyment of food, and honoring their worth and the need for life source- food. From rebuilding connection to ourselves, the connections to others and the environment begins to realign and heal, and energy flows.
