I support individuals healing from eating disorders, chronic dieting, and disordered relationships with food and movement. My approach is compassionate, curious, and collaborative, meeting you where you are and helping you find freedom with food. As a former professional dancer, I understand how performance pressures shape body image. I now help athletes, dancers, performers (and others!) fuel intentionally, rebuild trust, and find balance without rigidity.
I align with the Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and use principles of Intuitive Eating to guide our work together. I support clients of all genders, body sizes, and cultural backgrounds in developing a more compassionate relationship with food and themselves
