About
I strongly believe that nutrition is the key determinant in how efficient our body works. For this reason, I am extremely thorough in my assessment of each client so that I can precisely provide a nutrition plan that will not only help my clients reach their original goal but give them the best possible life and health outcomes that good nutrition can provide.
I specialize in helping a wide variety of clients including people who have weight or body composition goals, hormonal imbalances, GI disturbances, goals related to sports performance, children and adolescence, migraines, and suspected food sensitivities. My appointments include a detailed summary of nutrition recommendations and meal planning tools.
I invite anyone who is considering working with a registered dietitian to schedule a free 15 minute call with me to determine if I am a good fit for their needs. If I am not the right dietitian for you, I will help connect you with one who is.
