Kaitie Yeoman is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who counsels individuals and groups to make meaningful behavior change to prevent or manage chronic health conditions like diabetes, insulin resistance, overweight/obesity, cancer, hypertension, and high cholesterol. She is passionate about people and nutrition, and about helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Kaitie believes in a holistic approach to nutrition as a part of greater lifestyle change to maintain good health. She works with you to create a personal plan that will work to help you achieve your wellness and health goals.
Kaitie has worked for years as a corporate health and wellness coach with a focus on chronic disease management and prevention, weight management, stress management, and tobacco cessation. She has also worked with oncology patients and cancer survivors on food literacy and cooking skills, as well as managing good nutrition during and following treatment.
Kaitie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. She completed her Dietetic Internship and graduate level coursework in Clinical Nutrition at Saint Louis University. Kaitie is originally from North Mississippi and now resides in Durham, NC.
