We can work on building nutrition knowledge and a plan to help you learn to trust your body to fuel yourself instead of using a long list of diet rules. I work with clients with disordered eating habits as well as a variety of conditions including binge eating disorder, other eating disorders, diabetes, meal logistics with ADHD or other neurodivergence, prediaebtes, high cholesterol, hyperlipidemia, digestive issues, GERD, and more.
