I help athletes eat like champions! Many athletes are BEHIND when it comes to their nutrition. My mission with Eat like a D1 Athlete is to help these athletes GET AHEAD so that whether they are in high school, college, or competing recreationally, they can know how to eat to perform at their highest levels.
I've worked with soccer players, football players, softball and baseball players, golfers, swimmers and divers, endurance runners, track and field athletes, volleyball players, and tennis players. I have experience working in Division 1 Athletic programs, so I know what is expected of athletes planning to compete in college.
