My goal is to work with my patients from an integrative approach. I have 22 + years experience as a Clinical Dietitian. I have also completed a Master's level licensure in 2021 (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), allowing me to address concerns from a clinical/ medical perspective while also including mental health concerns and behavior modification techniques. I firmly believe that each individual has specific needs and treatment options should include psychological, physical, and environmental/ social aspects to truly be effective.
This is a telehealth program. All appointments and communications will be via computer, phone, or tablet for flexibility and ease of communication. Daily monitoring plans are tailored to your needs and busy lifestyle. No more going to an office or taking time away from your busy day!
