Hi, I am a licensed dietitian nutritionist, certified personal trainer and registered yoga instructor based in Silver Spring, Maryland. I am passionate about exploring different venues of health, wellness and fitness and enjoy working with individuals of different backgrounds, cultures and stages of life.

My ideal client struggles with chronic dieting, disordered eating, and body image concerns, and is ready to make peace with food and find a peaceful, productive relationship with their body. My clients want to feel empowered to intuitively care for and love their bodies- without dieting or restriction. There may also be concerns such as desire for weight loss, PCOS or a missing period, or metabolic concerns such as prediabetes or elevated cholesterol. Together, we find a path toward self-love and a guilt-free food relationship while focusing on your desired health goals.

Victoria W. Goodman, DSC,RD,LDN,CLT is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a private practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Due to safety concerns with COVID- 19, she now offers virtual appointments only via platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime, or by telephone. Not only is Victoria accomplished in the science of medical nutrition therapy, she is passionate about promoting healthy dietary and lifestyle changes and has helped a diverse group of clients obtain their individual goals. A functional and holistic approach in accordance to medical needs and food presences help to support her mission.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders with experience in both the outpatient and inpatient level of treatment. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.
