Is Your Food Making You Sick? Are you suffering from a stubborn health problem that will not go away? Medical research has shown that sensitivities to foods and food-chemicals can be involved in a wide array of painful symptoms and chronic health problems. Conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), migraine, fibromyalgia, and many other inflammatory conditions are often directly related to immune reactions to the foods we eat. Even so-called "healthy" foods such as salmon or apples can provoke symptoms in sensitive individuals. The first thing you need to do is identify your trigger foods.

This client is talkative, friendly, and eager to learn. They have diagnosed IBS and sought support to work through a low FODMAP plan with a dietitian. Symptoms are limiting daily activities and enjoyment of life, so relief would help them feel like themselves again. I enjoy gut health work because it’s a complex puzzle we solve together to create a new, lower-symptom baseline. They’re typically 20–40 years old and open to exploring a variety of tools.
