As a Registered Dietitian I am passionate about providing personalized nutritional therapy to children, adolescents and adults. A skills based approach is used to create a healthy relationship with food. I do not believe in diets! You will begin on a healthy journey that will begin with developing an understanding of the role food plays in your life. Megan Wolf is a New York City based Registered Dietitian. She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelors degree in Anthropology from Bates College. She believes no food is off limits, but rather there is room in your diet for all of your favorites. Simply put: eat better, feel better, live better. Megan is an avid cook, public speaker, and cookbook author. She is the author of the plant based cookbook, Great Meals with Greens and Grains.
