Jill Gulotta, MS, RDN, CDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Therapist with offices in New York City and Tarrytown, NY. Jill holds a holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
She focuses her practice on counseling clients with a non diet approach to help them move away from obsessive food behaviors and well as disordered eating behaviors. She is committed to help her clients never diet again and love the body that they are in.
Jill's nutrition philosophy is focused around creating balance and moderation and implementing sustainable lifestyle changes.
