With nearly 20 years experience, I believe that being a great dietitian means more than just telling people what to eat, it is about becoming their guide to better nutrition and overall wellness. I believe nutrition should be tailored to the individual and fit into their life. Serving the NJ/NY Metro area, as well as all the US over telehealth and video, I work primarily with women suffering from PCOS and struggling with MENOPAUSE. I also have extensive experience with disordered eating, pre and postnatal nutrition, endometriosis, fertility issues, hormone balancing, and migraines.
My clients range greatly in their health needs. Some may be searching for aid in women's health, others may need to manage their weight. Many are women with hormonal imbalances or disordered eating behaviors. Each person is treated as an individual and a plan is developed specifically for their lifestyle and needs.
I develop the most appropriate approach and effective methods for you. People often come to me feeling defeated, relying on fad diets and pills. They're intimidated by the idea of "eating healthy." Most every client wants to improve their quality of life and I am here to guide them along the way to achieving it.
