I believe that full recovery from eating disorders is possible. I also believe that everyone deserves to have a relationship with food that feels truly joyful and nourishing. If you are struggling with an eating disorder, or if you feel stuck in a restrictive diet cycle and would like to heal your relationship with food, I am here to help.
I take a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to nutrition counseling that is also trauma informed. I believe that a truly healthy relationship with food is one that is non-restrictive, that includes all foods, and that is based on internal hunger/fullness cues.
I do my best to create an environment that feels safe for all genders, sexualities, races, ages, and abilities. I try to meet clients where they are with warmth and acceptance so that they can take on this challenging work feeling supported and empowered.
