I have been a practicing physician for 20 years. As a Naturopathic Doctor I specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (acute and chronic joint and muscle pain), and women’s health (PMS, menopause, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid, hormones). In evaluation I use a variety of assessment tools including functional exams, labs, and imaging. Doctor Pepel is trained in both conventional medicine - 6 years medical studies in Romania, and other 6, practicing as a MD there, as well as 3.5 years of training in naturopathic medicine at NUNM- Portland, OR, and 17 years of practicing as a naturopathic doctor in OR. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.
